DaySpas.com to Reveal Top Ten U.S. Day Spas for 2009, Offers $100 Towards a Day at the Spa
Chicago, IL (PRWEB) September 28, 2009 -- Founders of the official DaySpas.com Web site, partnered with the Day Spas Association, are asking U.S. day spa customers to review and rate their own local day spas at DaySpas.com. That visitor feedback will contribute to a list of the top ten day spas in the U.S. for 2009, to be released early in 2010.
"We want day spa customers to have a say in the top ranked day spas in the country," says Anthos Chrysanthou of DaySpas.com. "It would be impossible for us to visit every single day spa, so we're turning to our visitors. They're the customers with the real experience, and we want them to share those experiences with us to help us find the best day spas in the nation while helping other visitors find the best, and worst, local day spas in their own towns."
One randomly chosen visitor who reviews their local day spa on DaySpas.com between now and the end of this year will be awarded $100 towards a day at their favorite day spa.
The newly-launched DaySpas.com features a directory of more than 7000 day spas across the U.S. and the unique feature of allowing day spas to upload videos of their various spa treatments. Visitors can also read or contribute spa-related articles, review and rate their local day spas, find day spa deals and events, and participate in the DaySpas.com forum -- with sections open to both consumers and spa professionals.
"While we're currently looking for the top ten day spas in the U.S., we invite people to leave reviews of all kinds," says Chrysanthou. "We want day spa customers to be able to find unbiased day spa reviews through the directory, and that kind of consumer education can only happen with the help of our visitors."
There are four listing options available for day spa owners, from simple free listings to showcased placements with additional spa information featured. Day spa owners are invited to participate in the forums, to publish articles of interest to their customers, and to take advantage of the listing packages allowing them to promote their local events and special offers to the DaySpas.com audience.
